This restaurant is run by a couple, with the owner being of Chinese descent and the owner’s wife, Le, having Cambodian heritage, which is also the origin of the restaurant's name. While the menu at Pho Le may not be extensive, every dish is delicious, with slightly higher prices but generous portions. They offer authentic Southern Vietnamese pho, featuring a rich broth with robust meat flavor and vegetables that have a hint of sweetness. The restaurant is kept clean and is often bustling with locals.
